An order becomes binding once we confirm it to you. As a small manufactory, availability is limited – if something’s sold out, we’ll offer an alternative or a refund.
Because our products are fresh, perishable food, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law does not apply once an order is placed.
If something arrives damaged or incorrectly labelled, we’ll always sort it out. Just contact us at info@veganariamadeira.com.
Our products may contain traces of nuts (cashew, almond), soy and gluten. Full allergen details are on every label – or just ask us.
We make everything under strict hygiene and food safety standards.
If something arrives damaged, mislabelled, or not as agreed, let us know within 24 hours with a photo – we’ll sort out a replacement or refund.
See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your personal data.
We deliver as agreed with you – delivery date, time and location.
If something goes wrong in transit, contact us straight away with a photo and we’ll take care of it.
Payment methods are agreed with you when you place your order.
Get in touch – we’re here for you: info@veganariamadeira.com
Complaints made through the official Livro de Reclamações are answered within 15 working days, as required by Portuguese law.
If we can’t resolve something together, you can contact DECO – Associação Portuguesa para a Defesa do Consumidor (www.deco.pt).
You can also submit a complaint through the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time, at our discretion – for example, to reflect changes in our products, pricing, or the law. Changes take effect as soon as the updated version is published here, with a new “last updated” date.
It’s your responsibility to check these terms occasionally. Continuing to order from us after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by Portuguese law and the laws of the Autonomous Region of Madeira.
